Orders are processed as quickly as possible once payment is cleared and the items are available.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday.

Orders placed on a holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping to Italy is free for orders of €300 or more. For smaller amounts, the cost is €5 .

Shipping is free throughout Italy, including the islands and the province of Venice, for orders of €300 or more. For smaller amounts, the cost is €5.

For international shipping (EU, UK, US, Canada, Israel, Malta, and Latvia), the cost is €14.99. Shipping to Belarus is €29.99.

For cash on delivery, a fixed surcharge of €5 applies (Italy only).
