Before proceeding, please read carefully the conditions below, which govern the right of withdrawal and the acceptance of returns.

1. How to initiate a return request

Pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of product delivery, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must:

  • access the Self Return portal via the “Proceed with the return autonomously” button;
  • enter the required data;
  • select the items you wish to return;
  • complete the request by following the instructions displayed.

Once the intention to withdraw has been communicated, the product must be shipped within the subsequent 14 days, according to the instructions received during the procedure.

2. How to prepare and return the package

For the return to be accepted, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

The package must contain:

  • the intact product;
  • the original packaging;
  • any accessories received;
  • any other elements present at the time of delivery.

The product must also be:

  • unused;
  • unwashed;
  • undamaged;
  • not worn beyond the normal try-on necessary to verify its characteristics, size, and fit.

It is essential that the anti-removal tag applied at the time of delivery remains perfectly intact and is not removed during the try-on of the garment.

We recommend carefully packaging the product to avoid damage during transport.

3. Who bears the return costs

Unless otherwise indicated or specific promotions, shipping costs for product returns are borne by the customer, as provided by Art. 57 of the Consumer Code.

The original shipping costs incurred for the delivery of the order will not be reimbursed, except in cases provided by law.

4. Within what terms can the right of withdrawal be exercised

The right of withdrawal can be exercised:

  • within 14 calendar days from product delivery, by communicating the intention to withdraw via the dedicated procedure;
  • the product must then be shipped within the subsequent 14 days from the communication of withdrawal.

Requests sent beyond the terms provided by law cannot be accepted.

5. Conditions for accepting the return

For the return to be accepted, the product must be returned:

  • intact;
  • unused;
  • not worn beyond normal try-on;
  • free from stains, odors, or alterations;
  • complete with original packaging;
  • complete with all accessories;
  • with the anti-removal tag perfectly intact and still attached.

When the return cannot be accepted

The return may be refused or a reduced refund may be granted if the product shows a decrease in value due to use other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

In particular, the refund may be reduced or the return refused if the product shows, by way of example:

  • anti-removal tag removed or tampered with;
  • obvious signs of use;
  • stains;
  • perfume, deodorant, smoke or other persistent odors;
  • damage, alterations, or washes;
  • absence of original packaging or accessories.

Pursuant to Article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. In such cases, the refund may be reduced proportionally to the loss of value of the product or, in more serious cases, the return may not be accepted.
